Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 7 -10 working days! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround with most orders shipping from our creative house in few days’ days! Each item takes 5-6 days we need to manufacture and process your order. Some items have longer lead times indicated and will not have express shipping available.

 

The Status of My Order Online?

Yes! The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day as long as you have created an account with us! Please click here to Track Your Order. Your order history will appear and you can check the status by simply clicking on the order number. Links will be provided to track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

 

Are There Any Restrictions In The Text Or Images That I Can Use To Personalize?

Red Moments have the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that company believes:

 

1. Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, insulting, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
2. Contains copyrighted issue will not be printed.
3. Violates or otherwise trespass on the rights of others.
4. Harms anyone, including minors.

 

Can I Use Symbols In My Personalization?

We are sorry but at this time, accents, special characters, and symbols can't be produced on our products. We can only produce letters and numbers from the Standard English keyboard.

Can I Exceed the Character Limits Shown on the Website?

At Red Moments, we allow as much flexibility as possible with customer personalization, however, our product design team has determined what will look best, which is how we set each character limit. You can be sure your product will look unforgettable! NOTE: Spaces and punctuation do count as one character.

 

Can I Change My Shipping Address before ordering?

You can change the shipping address on your order if you have created an account with us. Please ensure you click the update shipping address button once finished so our system retains the most recent updates. But in case of dispatch we cannot help with it so make sure your address before ordering it.

Trouble Uploading Your Photo?

We accept images with the following extensions: .jpg and .gif. Files must be 5 MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image. Please try to use the best-quality image possible. Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

 

Can I use a Logo or photograph that I have taken off the Web?

We do not suggest that you use logos or images that may contain copyrighted or trademark protected material without written consent of the owner. Any images created in this process are owned by you and any reproduction of the image without written consent is the sole responsibility of the image creator/owner. Red Moments is not responsible for any liabilities due to the use of unapproved images.

We make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect -- we guarantee it! Our buyers select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you! We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order.
